Pinto Minerals Limited – Prospectus Website Notice/Disclaimer

Pinto Minerals Pty Ltd ACN 142 059 783 (“Pinto”) lodged a prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (“ASIC”) on 12th April 2011 (“Original Prospectus”). Pinto has lodged a supplementary prospectus with ASIC on 11 July 2011 ("Supplementary Prospectus") to extend the closing date under the Offer of the Original Prospectus to 11 October 2011 (together the "Prospectus"). The expiry date of the Prospectus is the date that is 13 months from the date of the Original Prospectus.

The Offer under the Prospectus is available only to those persons specified in the Prospectus.

Shares in Pinto will only be issued on the basis of the Application Form provided with the Prospectus. If the Application Form is not completed correctly it may still be treated as valid. The Directors’ decision as to whether to treat the acceptance as valid and how to construe, amend or complete the Application Form is final.

During the exposure period, which is a period of seven days from the date of lodgement or such other period (not exceeding 14 days after the lodgement date) as ASIC may require, the posting of the Prospectus on this website does not constitute any offer of Securities in Pinto Minerals Limited. Applications received during the exposure period will not be dealt with until after the exposure period. If the Prospectus is found to be deficient, applications received during the exposure period will be dealt with in accordance with section 724 of the Corporations Act. No preference will be conferred on applications received during the exposure period and all applications received during the exposure period will be treated as if they were simultaneously received on the date on which applications open.
